Annual General Meeting

This year's AGM will be hosted in HMS DRAKE on Wed 16 Nov. The format as in previous years will be:

1200 Muster at Wyvern Centre for ~ 3hr group ride in local area

1600 Return from ride and wash/change

1700 AGM - WO&Snr Rates Mess

1900 Buffet Meal - WO&Snr Rates Mess

This is a great opportunity to get as many members together as we can for a big end of season round up of our highs and lows, and to look forward to the plans for 2012. Rec Travel will be authorised.

Please could you add your name to the thread on the forum in the Message Board to confirm numbers for planning purposes. More details to follow in due course.
