Ladies and Gentlemen, 

Please note the attached pre-event prospectus for the Inter Services Time Trial Champs 2012 to be held in South Wales on the 5 and 6 May. All members, full and associate will get preference to ride these championships. If you intend making yourself available (and I urge you to do so) then please ensure you contact WO1 Garry Drew, TT Race Secretary at work on DES NBCD-COB-BLC-S-SRMP; providing him with your Title, Surname, PoW (Unit) and Signal Address, so that you can be included on the Recreational Travel Signal. You need to ensure that you fully complete a CTT Entry Form for each event (one for the 10 and one for the 25), including all your details, PBs over the last 12 months, NOK details etc, and Vets on Std if applicable. For info our club is affiliated to the South West (S). The entry forms with cheques to the value of £16.00 (£8.00 for each event) are to be with the organiser by Fri 20 Apr 12 latest. Late entries will not be accepted. Garry has a small budget to run this years TT team with and will look at reimbursing individuals as applicable come the end of the year. It is envisaged that 30-40 riders will make themselves available from the RNRMCA, in order to win back our team titles.
