2008 RNRMCA Best All Rounder Competition.
Taken from open events santioned by the CTT only, riders must sign on as an RNRMCA rider and it's the best times at the 3 distances. 10 miles, 25 miles and 50 miles. From these times the average speed is worked out then the three averages aded together and divided by 3 to give the overall average time.
